We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to become part of our beautifully curated farm shop, delivering an outstanding and personalised customer experience that reflects the quality and ethos of our brand. Every interaction is an opportunity to share our story, from organic farming to artisanal food and fine wines. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and engage customers with genuine warmth and product knowledge.

• Deliver an elevated retail experience that reflects Daylesford’s values of wellness and sustainability.

• Opportunity to support in running our new coffee outlet.

• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful service.

• Share knowledge of our collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy.

• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Previous retail experience, ideally within luxury or lifestyle brands, though not essential.

• Barista training or experience is preferred, though not essential.

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

• A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to high standards.

• Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment while delivering exceptional service.
