ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for two Guest Service Operator's to join our team over the Christmas period. This is a temporary role, from October 2024 until January 2025. 

As a Guest Services Operator, you will handle general enquiries and the booking experience of our guests across the Bamford Collection. You will support our customers through the booking process and ensure they receive a high quality personalised service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all inbound calls and emails are answered, processed and followed up in line with SLAs
• Champion swift, efficient , knowledgeable and engaging service in all interactions
• Be competent in using all platforms and systems used across the Guest Services team
• Complete the physical dispatch of gift cards

• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work calmly under high pressure situations
• Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities
• Customer service experience
