ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Membership & Events Co-ordinator to join our team at The Club. You will serve as the first point of contact for our current members, playing a big part in their member experience. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated, fun, and collaborative team in a beautiful and unique wellness space.

This is a fulltime position, 40 hours offering a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of the Membership Inbox and shared management of the Applications Inbox
• Maintaining up to date contact and payment details for active member database and responsible for efficient flow of annual and monthly membership payments
• Responsible for liasing with marketing on sending renewal confirmations and maintaining weekly tracking of renewal/ resignation data for The Club.
• Assist with processing membership applications and facilitating club tours
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a personalized experience and high level of satisfaction.
• Plan and execute membership onboarding and engagement initiatives to enhance the member experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of free to attend and paid for member events, including wellness workshops, social gatherings, fitness classes, and exclusive experiences.
• Liaise with internal operations/functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, event listings, event bookings and event wrap reports.
• Communicate with the marketing team to ensure efficient promotion of all events is carried out to ensure maximum member engagement and impact.
• Attending events to ensure they meet the high standards of The Club and reflect the brand ethos.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies and reporting to attract new members and retain current ones.
• Maintain event and membership calendars, ensuring all activities are accurately scheduled and communicated to relevant teams.
• Preparing reports on membership data, renewal data, event attendance and member engagement and providing general administrative support to the Head of Membership and other departments as needed.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

• Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or membership services, preferably within a luxury or wellness environment would be desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and keen to navigate other software and platforms.
