ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Bartender to join our team in our award-winning Wild Rabbit Pub

You’ll ideally have worked in a restaurant setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury pub feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Bartender you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our clientele

SALARY: £12.38 per hour + tronc
HOURS: Full time 40 hours - Weekend work included

YOUR ROLE

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide personalised, attentive service to discerning clientele, offering expert recommendations and ensuring an unforgettable, high-end experience in a sophisticated setting
• Maintain an Elegant Bar Environment: Uphold the cleanliness, organisation, and aesthetic of the bar area, ensuring it reflects the pub's luxurious ambiance and standards of excellence.
• Expert Knowledge of Beverages: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of top-shelf liquors, artisanal ingredients, and rare wines, with the ability to educate and engage guests about their choices.
• Handle High-Pressure Situations with Grace: Efficiently manage a busy, upscale bar during peak hours while maintaining a calm, composed demeanour, ensuring all guests receive prompt and exceptional service.
• Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
• Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

• Strong Product Knowledge: Extensive understanding of premium spirits, wines, and ingredients, with the capability to make informed recommendations and educate guests.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in presentation, from crafting drinks to maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organisation, ensuring every aspect meets the luxury environment's high expectations.
• Calm Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting while maintaining composure, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction during peak times
