ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate and organised Project Manager to join us in a unique dual role that blends campaign delivery, and high-level strategic support.
For three days a week, you’ll be a vital member of our Creative, VM & Campaign team, the driving force behind our seasonal brand campaigns. You’ll take the lead in managing calendars, processes, and ensuring every campaign comes to life seamlessly across all our sites.
For the other two days, you’ll work directly with the Managing Director of Daylesford, offering hands-on support across business change initiatives, research projects, and key administrative tasks. It’s a rare opportunity to contribute to both the creative expression of our brand and the strategic direction of our business.

This role is full-time in the office and can be based at our London or Cotswolds farm site with ad hoc travel to either location.

RESPONSIBILITIES
CREATIVE, VISUAL MERCHANDISING & CAMPAIGNS
- Own and manage the Daylesford campaign activity critical path, ensuring timely execution of actions by coordinating with stakeholders during weekly sessions.
- Maintain and update shared documents, such as the Product Change Matrix and Campaign Calendar, communicating key updates regularly.
- Lead campaign scoping sessions with relevant stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes and action points to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Compile and distribute campaign-related communications, operational briefings, and product allocations to the wider business.
- Manage and respond to enquiries in the Campaign Email inbox.
SUPPORTING THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
- Oversee the business activity calendar, monitoring upcoming initiatives and communicating impacts clearly to stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive meeting support, including scheduling, room bookings, agenda preparation, travel coordination, presentation creation, and minute-taking.
- Conduct research on potential new business initiatives to support strategic planning.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
- Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Experience managing campaigns and content timelines.
- Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Adaptability: Demonstrates resilience and flexibility in the face of change, with a proactive approach to new challenges.
