ABOUT THE ROLE

Nestled within 3,500 acres of breathtaking organic farmland in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Club by Bamford offers members a truly immersive 360º wellness experience — where fitness, holistic well-being, and nature meets in perfect harmony.

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Front of House Lead to join our world-class team. You will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, the first smile our members see, the steady hand behind our service excellence, and leading the team by example by setting the standard for exceptional service.

This role is full time, based on 40 hours per week including weekends.

Salary £27,280.00 per annum.

RESPONSIBILITIE

• Responsible for supporting the FOH team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
• To ensure exceptional familiarity with classes, personal training sessions, therapies, retail products and services and recommend confidently and maximise sales.
• Resolving minor issues promptly and to escalate concerns to the Manager if necessary.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift handovers, taking on Duty Manager responsibilities in the Manager’s absence.
• Supporting the FOH Manager with any other ad-hoc duties.
• Monitoring and adjusting team priorities to consider changing demand and guest flow across the service.
• Handling any problems that arise in an effective professional manner.
• Motivating the FOH team to perform at their best, maintaining morale and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Communicating key updates, feedback and issues to the FOH Manager.
• Ensuring all documentation and checklists are completed accurately during opening and closing procedure

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

• 2- 3 years previous experience working in the luxury hospitality industry.
• You will have high standards and a desire for exceeding customer expectations.
• You will be a customer service professional, have a positive and bubbly personality and have natural flair for luxury service delivery.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with issues
• Exceptional experience of delivering professional customer service & ability to demonstrate and instil exceptional customer service standards.
• Knowledge of a booking system is preferable.
• A strong eye for detail.
• Proactive approach to your work.
• A high level of written and spoken English is essential
• Personal appearance is to be of a very high standard at all times.
