ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to support, lead and inspire a small team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional standards across our Bamford Wellness Members Club and Spa.

You’ll be entrusted to oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of every member and guest maintaining all areas to the highest standards, ensuring every corner reflects our commitment to excellence representing wellness, sustainability, and refined service at every level.

HOURS:     40 hours including weekends.

SALARY:  £14.72 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all spaces from treatment rooms, wet areas and changing areas are immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and stocked with essentials.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules and respond to operational needs with agility.
• Uphold Bamford’s commitment to sustainability, discretion, and holistic wellbeing.
• Liaise with spa therapists, front-of-house, and facilities teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor stock levels and manage linen, cleaning supplies, and eco-friendly products.
• Conduct regular audits and training to maintain consistency and excellence.
• In the absence of the Head Housekeeper, handle ordering supplies, addressing maintenance requirements, and resolving team concerns.
• Support and assist your team, leading by example, and helping train new staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and striving to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanour when interacting with guests.
• Go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or spa housekeeping leadership.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating serene, welcoming environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, respectful team culture.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.
