ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us at Bamford, where wellness meets nature and every detail matters. We create timeless clothing, bath and body care, and homeware inspired by nature and designed for conscious living.

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Associate to join a small team on a fixed term contract from August to December. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience in a beautifully curated store in Mayfair, London with ad hoc support at our Brompton Cross store.

HOURS: 40 hours a week including weekends.

SALARY: £13.53 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and engage customers with genuine care and product knowledge.
• Deliver a elevated retail experience that reflects Bamford’s values of wellness and sustainability.
• Build lasting customer relationships and a loyal client base through thoughtful service.
• Share insights into our collections, ingredients, and brand philosophy.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain a pristine, inviting store environment.
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and exceed expectations.

• Previous experience in luxury retail or lifestyle brands.
