ABOUT THE ROLE

Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury cafés and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging Barista Team Member to join their Brompton Cross team.

You’ll ideally have worked in a Barista or café setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Barista Team Member you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental.

SALARY: £12.62 Per Hour plus tronc
HOURS: 32 hours Per Week 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to meet customer preferences and standards.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee station, equipment, and dining areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently use espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other tools, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Manage Inventory and Restocking: Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies, restocking as needed and reporting shortages to management.

• Customer Service Skills: Provide a friendly and welcoming experience, addressing customer needs and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Time Management: Work quickly and efficiently under pressure to deliver orders in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.
