ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us at Bamford, where wellness meets nature and every detail matters. We create timeless clothing, bath and body care, and homeware inspired by nature and designed for conscious living.

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Associate to join a small team on a fixed term contract until the end of December. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience in our beautifully curated Bamford Barn at the Daylesford Farm.

HOURS: 20 or 30 hours a week including some weekends.

SALARY: £12.38 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll welcome every customer with warmth and genuine care, taking time to share your knowledge of our products, collections, and brand philosophy. By delivering an elevated retail experience that reflects Bamford’s values of wellness and sustainability, you’ll help create meaningful connections and build a loyal client base.

Your role will also involve supporting visual merchandising to keep the store pristine and inviting, assisting with events, and adding those thoughtful finishing touches — like gift wrapping during the festive season. Working closely with your team, you’ll contribute to achieving sales targets and always strive to exceed expectations.
