ABOUT THE ROLE
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our Creative and Buying teams with essential administration to bring our luxury apparel collections to life. You’ll also take pride in keeping our head office running smoothly, creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for colleagues and visitors alike.
Every day will bring variety, from coordinating office needs to assisting with product launches, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and who shares our passion for craftsmanship and luxury retail.

This is a fulltime role, 5 days in the office, 40 hours per week, £26,000 per annum.
Based in the Bamford office in South Kensington, London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be an ambassador of Bamford representing the friendly face of our organisation and office.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office, fostering a positive, supportive, and inspiring environment.
- Handle office supplies and inventory management, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
- Provide administrative support to our founder, senior management and department heads.
- Organise meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle customer service inquiries or assist with client-related matters where needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, and assist in organizing key documents and records.
- Prepare production reports and track project status to ensure clear communication across teams.
- Update and maintain product documentation, including specifications, design details, and approvals.
- Supporting with new head office starters including team introductions, desk and IT set up.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production, operations, or office administration role, ideally within the fashion or luxury apparel sector.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact confidently with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- A high level of accuracy and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g., databases, project management tools).
- Ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively and efficiently.
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to work well with diverse teams and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently when necessary.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office suite.
- Good use of the English language, written and verbal
