ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Maintenance assistant with The Bamford Collection, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties maintain their luxury appearance and impeccable standards. You will be responsible for working across multiple sites, consisting of our farm site and pubs in the Cotswolds, each offering its unique charm and requiring the highest level of attention to detail.

Your work will contribute to the overall aesthetic and quality of our collection, ensuring that every space reflects the elegance and sophistication that The Bamford Collection is known for.

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
HOURS: Full Time 6am - 3pm (weekend Flexibility is key)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out Maintenance, painting, decorating, and minor repairs across various properties within the collection.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks across multiple sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and complete tasks efficiently and with minimal disruption to property occupants.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

• Hands-on technical skills – Proficiency in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Problem-solving abilities – Quick and efficient diagnosis of issues with a practical, solution-focused mindset
• Time management – Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload across multiple sites, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail – Ensuring all maintenance work is completed to high standards, preserving both function and aesthetics
• Physical fitness and stamina – Capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods
• Health & safety awareness – Strong understanding of regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests
