ABOUT US
Daylesford Stays' 'The Cottages' is redefining rural hospitality. Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, our collection of beautifully designed cottages blends the warmth of the countryside with the refinement, care, and consistency of a five-star experience. Every stay is personal, every detail considered, and every guest cared for with quiet elegance.
The Cottages represent the next chapter in rural hospitality: a world-class collection of luxury countryside retreats in the heart of the Cotswolds. Every stay combines the warmth and authenticity of a boutique experience with the refinement, consistency, and precision of a five-star hotel.
Our Guest Experience team lies at the heart of this vision, ensuring each stay feels seamless, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in the essence of Daylesford; living natural luxury, genuine care, and an intuitive sense of service.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an charismatic and knowledgeable Concierge to join the Daylesford Stays Guest Experience team.
As Concierge, you will be the face and the heart of our guests’ journey. Working closely with the Guest Experience Manager, you will ensure every stay is flawlessly executed, from pre-arrival planning to post-departure follow-up. You will anticipate needs before they arise, curate bespoke itineraries, and create memorable moments that define our five-star countryside experience.
This role requires a passion for service, an instinct for people, and deep local knowledge or the curiosity to learn it quickly. Every guest interaction will be an opportunity to share the best of the Cotswolds, turning simple moments into lasting memories.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the creation of exclusive “money-can’t-buy” experiences such as farm tours, market garden visits, and private tastings
- Liaise closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure all cottages and amenities meet the highest standards
- Maintain guest communications before, during, and after stays to ensure continuity and consistency
- Represent the Daylesford brand with professionalism and genuine warmth at all times
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or a concierge role, ideally within a boutique or five-star environment
- A natural talent for building rapport and anticipating guest needs
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A calm and adaptable presence under pressure, with meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine passion for people, service, and creating unforgettable experiences
