ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Associate to join a small team on a fixed term contract over the Christmas period. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience in our beautifully curated Bamford Barn at the Daylesford Farm.

HOURS: Zero hours contract which will include weekends.

SALARY: £12.38 per hour plus commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional service to VIP and corporate clients, both in-store and remotely, ensuring every interaction reflects the Bamford Collection’s brand values and high standards.
• Provide personalised product advice and tailored recommendations to meet individual client needs, creating a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
• Manage and process VIP and corporate orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating closely with the wider retail and corporate sales teams to meet deadlines and fulfil bespoke requests.
• Proactively build and nurture relationships with key clients, maintaining regular communication and offering thoughtful support to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of gifting solutions, curated edits, and bespoke product selections for corporate partners and high-value customers.
• Collaborate with stock, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure product availability, timely replenishment, and smooth fulfilment of high-priority orders.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the Bamford product range, brand heritage, and current collections to confidently represent the brand to VIP clientele.
