ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us at Bamford, where wellness meets nature and every detail matters. We create timeless clothing, bath and body care, and homeware inspired by nature and designed for conscious living.
We’re looking for an experienced Retail Associate to join a small team on a fixed term contract over the Christmas period. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience in our beautifully curated Bamford Barn at the Daylesford Farm.
HOURS: Zero hours contract which will include weekends.
SALARY: £12.38 per hour plus commission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional service to VIP and corporate clients, both in-store and remotely, ensuring every interaction reflects the Bamford Collection’s brand values and high standards.
- Provide personalised product advice and tailored recommendations to meet individual client needs, creating a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Manage and process VIP and corporate orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating closely with the wider retail and corporate sales teams to meet deadlines and fulfil bespoke requests.
- Proactively build and nurture relationships with key clients, maintaining regular communication and offering thoughtful support to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of gifting solutions, curated edits, and bespoke product selections for corporate partners and high-value customers.
- Collaborate with stock, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure product availability, timely replenishment, and smooth fulfilment of high-priority orders.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the Bamford product range, brand heritage, and current collections to confidently represent the brand to VIP clientele.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Previous experience in luxury retail or lifestyle brands.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating serene, welcoming environments.
