ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Account Executive to join our Bamford Wholesale team within the Bamford Collection. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by building strong relationships, driving commercial growth, and delivering exceptional service.
In this pivotal role, you’ll support the ongoing expansion of our wholesale business, working closely with internal teams and global partners to help bring the Bamford brand to life across a diverse portfolio of stockists.
This role will be based at our London office in South Kensington.
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account & Relationship Management - Supporting our UK and international partner accounts, building strong relationships with distributors/franchisees, ensuring great customer service and representing Bamford’s values in every market.
Commercial Planning & Growth - Forecasting and tracking sales and KPIs, analysing markets and competitors, shaping local strategies and product portfolios, and pursuing new business opportunities to grow sales and distribution.
Operational & Marketing Coordination - Supporting the admin and logistics around orders and exports, including monthly order forms and newsletters, coordinating product launches and marketing calendars, supporting store design and visual merchandising, and keeping all financial settlements and data accurate and up to date.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Ideally, you will have proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the luxury beauty, wellness, or premium retail sectors.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, confident in liaising with the customers, senior stakeholders and operational teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage, particularly those relevant to supporting our Asian partners.
- Strong MS office skills, particularly Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, together with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised and adaptable - comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
