THE BAMFORD COLLECTION IS A GROUP OF CONSCIOUSLY MINDED LIFESTYLE BRANDS COMMITTED TO NOURISHING AND NURTURING PEOPLE AND PLANET.
Bamford is a philosophy rather than a seasonal fashion label. It began with the passionate convictions of our founder Carole Bamford to make natural products using the best artisans from around the world. Bamford was founded on the belief that we need to be mindful of our connection to the earth – to live consciously, respect nature’s resources and the land that provides for us. We believe in the need to nurture body, mind and spirit in tandem – to feel well and to feel happy the three need to be aligned and in harmony.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At the Bamford Collection, our products tell a story of thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and conscious living. As Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offering across Daylesford and Bamford, driving the development of new products and carefully curated third-party buys in line with our business strategy and product roadmap.
With a deep passion for product and provenance, you will lead designated categories from concept to launch, working closely with world-class craftsmen, innovators, and trusted suppliers. Your focus will be on creating beautifully considered products that balance commercial success with timeless design, quality, and sustainability.
This is an opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the luxury homeware industry, developing products that inspire, delight, and resonate with our customers while remaining true to the values at the heart of the Bamford Collection.
This is a fulltime role 40 hours per week and based at the Daylesford Farm office 5 days a week.
