*The on target earning potential for this role is £32,479.20 per annum based on a 45-hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,969.20, plus a qualified estimate of £3,510 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

We’re on the lookout for fun, enthusiastic bartenders to join our team at The Fox.

This is a perfect opportunity to join our eccentric team, where you will learn and develop your Bartending skills, working with some of the best in the industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving a curated selection of cocktails, wines, and craft beers with precision and enthusiasm.

• Welcoming our guests with genuine warmth, big smiles, and great chat.

• Learning as you go, whether it’s discovering new spirits, mastering the perfect pour, or diving into our seasonal menus.

• Keeping the bar buzzing with good vibes and great service.

• Having fun while working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

• Working closely with a team that supports each other and knows how to enjoy the ride!

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bar experience is a plus, but personality is everything, we train you to be the best!

• A love for hospitality and connecting with people.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.

• A team player with a sense of humour and a can-do attitude..

• A strong knowledge of drinks and mixology is an advantage.

About gratuities and service charge:
Gratuities are paid on a pro rata basis. It is estimated that in 2026 full-time employees can expect to receive in the region of £3,510 in addition to their annual salary.
