ABOUT US
At The Club by Bamford, we are driven by the belief that wellbeing is a collective responsibility, a commitment not only to ourselves, but to the world we inhabit.
The Club embodies Bamford’s holistic philosophy through thoughtfully designed wellness spaces, expert‑led therapies, movement studios, and rituals that restore harmony to body and mind. Rooted in nature and guided by craftsmanship, every element of the Club experience reflects our dedication to mindful living.
We champion a slower, more intentional rhythm of life. One that nurtures self‑connection, encourages conscious choices, and supports sustainable wellbeing from the inside out. More than a destination, The Club by Bamford is a community. A sanctuary for recalibration, nourishment, and renewal.
A place where living well becomes a way of life.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role in delivering the calm, intuitive and exceptional level of service that defines the Bamford experience. Acting as a guiding presence on the floor, the Supervisor leads the team throughout each shift, upholding service standards, nurturing team confidence, and ensuring guests feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.
In the absence of the F&B Manager, the Supervisor is the senior point of contact, entrusted with maintaining consistency, resolving issues with grace, and safeguarding the atmosphere of tranquillity that our members value. The role also includes supporting designated Duty Manager shifts, where the Supervisor assumes wider responsibility for the overall operation of The Club.
With a blend of leadership, operational focus, and a deep commitment to service culture, the F&B Supervisor plays a key part in cultivating an environment where guests and members can pause, restore, and enjoy an experience shaped with intention.
