People Coordinator
THE BAMFORD COLLECTION IS A GROUP OF CONSCIOUSLY MINDED LIFESTYLE BRANDS COMMITTED TO NOURISHING AND NURTURING PEOPLE AND PLANET.
HOURS: 40 hours per week, office-based 5 days per week
SALARY: Up to £30,750, dependent on experience
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Bamford Collection, people are at the heart of everything we do. From our organic farm and award-winning hospitality to our wellness and retail spaces. We’re looking for a People Coordinator to join the People Team at our beautiful office based on Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds and help bring our purpose and values to life every single day.
This is an excellent starting point for a career in People Services and a truly broad, generalist role, offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with recruitment, payroll, People Partners, and the wider People team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our people experience feels seamless, supportive, and aligned with our values.
You’ll be a trusted point of contact for our teams, helping to guide them through People processes with warmth and clarity, while building strong foundations in onboarding, documentation, systems, compliance, and employee support. You’ll also work alongside our People Partners, supporting early‑stage employee relations administration and gaining valuable insight into how we care for our people throughout their journey with us.
Alongside your day‑to‑day responsibilities, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of People Services, helping us evolve how we work while maintaining a consistent, compliant, and thoughtful approach. No two days will look the same, making this a rewarding and varied role for someone who is organised, naturally people‑focused, and passionate about building a meaningful career in People within a values‑led business.

• Support payroll administration, timely data updates, plus weekly and monthly checks
• Assist People Partners with entry-level employee relations administration, including case logging, documentation, and meeting coordination
• Maintain accurate personnel and absence records
• Contribute to People projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
• Help bring our culture to life through engagement events, celebrations, and wellbeing activities
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• A natural people person who enjoys building strong relationships
• Positive, approachable, and solutions-driven
• Passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience
• Confident communicating with employees and managers at all levels
• Previous experience in HR or administration is beneficial, but attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are just as important
