ABOUT LÉOUBE
Our sister estate, Château Léoube nestled in bay on the Côte d’Azur, crafts award-winning organic Provence wines and artisan extra-virgin olive oils. All the grapes and olives at Léoube are carefully tended by hand under the guidance of Head Winemaker Romain Ott, using time-honoured artisan methods and organic principles that work in harmony with the land and changing seasons.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hosting a wine pop-up on our beautiful green lawn at Daylesford Organic Farm and are seeking enthusiastic and professional fine wine servers to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for serving our award-winning organic wines, engaging with guests, and ensuring a warm, memorable experience that reflects the elegance and charm of Léoube and Daylesford 

SALARY: £12.38 per hour
HOURS: Part time 24Hours - Fixed Term contract starting on 1st of July 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve Léoube’s organic wines with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
• Engage with guests to provide a warm, welcoming, and informative wine-tasting experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the wine pop-up area throughout the event.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the wine service area before and after each shift.
• Stay informed about the wines on offer to accurately answer guest questions and promote the Léoube story.
