ABOUT THE ROLE
An incredible opportunity has arisen for an Events Coordinator to be at the heart of a beautiful venue, Heritage House on the Daylesford Organic Farm, in the Cotswolds.
With a full 360 experience in events planning across venue management, food and beverage, design and floristry, this role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in every stage, ensuring seamless execution and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Based in the Cotswolds, this role is full time, 40 hours per week, salary £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Flexibility is a must as some events may require weekend or evening support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage a number of events, end to end, including but not limited to re-quoting, planning, delivery, invoicing and financial reporting.
- You will collaborate with other teams in the business also involved in a booking to help produce detailed proposals for clients and internal event documentation and to support in executing events efficiently from start to finish.
- Work as a key operational team member in preparation for events, during and after events. This may include but is not limited to kit pack-ups, venue management, F&B support and supplier management.
- To manage the Heritage House calendar and support with enquiries and estimate generation when required.
- To support head of Heritage House and the Operations manager with the day to day running of the venue.
- To support with marketing requirements as required and assist in driving venue branding, creative visions and bespoke design forward for the venue.
- Manage and maintain inhouse equipment, linen and styling for the venue.
- To work with operations Manager to maintain the venue in a suitable site visit state pre and post events.
- To support with marketing requirements across the seasons and take a key role in public, ticketed events through supporting with planning, design and delivery.
- Financial planning within given budgets and processing of event financials including Pos and billing.
- To be an ambassador for the brand and embody the Daylesford spirit.
