At Daylesford Organic we are looking for a passionate Retail Team member to join our fantastic back of house team 

SALARY: £12.38 per hour + Tronc
HOURS: 32Hours - Full time and weekends included - Early Shift starts 6.30am / Late Shift till 20.30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and unpack stock accurately, ensuring items are placed in the correct warehouse locations
• Rotate stock regularly to maintain compliance with food safety protocols
• Merchandise products in the farm shop according to visual standards, ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the warehouse and shop
• Energetic, hardworking individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.

• Attention to Detail – Ensuring accurate stock handling, placement, and rotation in line with safety protocols
