ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most well-known and loved farm shops in the UK. Having operated for over 20 years the Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and the stunning offering is the cornerstone of the Cotswold site and is a vibrant and fast paced part of the business

With a focus on chef made food to go, Organic Butchery, Organic Bakery, Wine, Ambient product and Garden room it is a food lovers paradise with an inspirational backdrop.

At Daylesford Organic we are looking for a passionate Retail Team member to join our fantastic team in the Garden room department at our Daylesford Organic farmshop.

SALARY: £12.38 per hour
HOURS: Full time 32 Hours - Weekend work included 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure the Garden Room is kept to the highest presentation and operational standards at all times
• Provide outstanding service to guests and customers, creating a welcoming and positive experience
• Collaborate with the VM team to successfully implement installations and displays across the site
• Work closely with the plant team to maintain and enhance the visual appeal and health of plant displays

• Confidently share product knowledge across all stock, including garden tools and BBQ ranges
• Bring a bright, warm, and welcoming attitude
• Possess outstanding communication skills
