With a focus on chef made food to go, Organic Butchery, Organic Bakery, Wine and Ambient product it is a food lovers paradise with an inspirational backdrop.

At Daylesford Organic we are looking for a passionate Retail Team Trainer to join our fantastic back of house team

SALARY: £13.14 per hour (£27,331 Per Annum)
HOURS: 40 Hours - Full Time

Weekly pay planned from October 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Training: Design and deliver sessions on selling techniques, product features, customer service standards.
• On-the-Floor Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to team members to improve individual skills.
• System Expertise: Manage and train staff on electronic point of sale (EPOS) and other retail systems.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable always.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the warehouse and shop
• Energetic, hardworking individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
• Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear interaction with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
