The Role

We’re looking for a cheerful, energetic Retail Team Member to join our store for a 1-month period to help with Christmas. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll help create an inspiring shopping experience for every guest who visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, enthusiastic customer service
• Share product knowledge about our organic produce
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchases
• Restock shelves, displays, and fresh food counters
• Maintain a clean, well-organised store environment
• Support seasonal displays, merchandising, and in-store promotions
• Assist with stock checks and handling deliveries when required

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, positive personality
• Enjoyment of a busy, customer-focused retail setting
• Passion for organic food, sustainability, or healthy living
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and consistency, especially for this short-term role
• Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
