HOURS: 40 hours, Monday to Friday 6:00-15.20

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us at Daylesford Organic Farm’s Creamery, where we craft award-winning organic milk, yoghurt, butter, cheese, and kefir trusted by our customers.

You will support smooth, safe, and quality-driven production of our organic dairy products. Work closely with the Head Cheesemaker and Technical Team to maintain and grow our product excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the award-winning standard of all Daylesford Organic products

• Follow production and HACCP plans precisely for all products

• Process, pack, and label finished goods per specifications

• Handle all products with care, ensuring safety and quality standards

• Ensure cleaning rotas are adhered to at all times

• Working safely and efficiently to ensure that all daily orders are completed at a fulfilment rate of 98% or above

• Minimise wastage levels as much as possible

• Comply with the Creamery's internal audit requirements

• Aid the Creamery Quality & Operations Manager in the fulfilment of the Creamery's annual financial/budgetary targets

• Participate in the effective communication amongst the team regarding any changes to recipes, procedures and/or operational needs, and amongst the company and other customers regarding any quality issues/shortages in the required timescales
