ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Patisserie Production Assistant plays a vital role in bringing our beautifully crafted products to life. Based in our dedicated Patisserie production kitchen, you will be responsible for the careful packaging of our in-house creations, including our signature Crackers, Nuts, Beans, and seasonal specialties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute, weigh and prepare all recipes/products as per company specifications

• Execute all food production duties in a timely and professional manner

• Adhere to the organic standards as set out by the Soil Association

• Contribute to the award-winning standard of all Daylesford Organic products

• Ensure that all ingredients are well organised, in full supply and ready for each day’s production plan

• Ensure that cleaning rotas are adhered to at all times

• Complete all tasks efficiently within the timeframe given

• Work safely and efficiently to ensure that all daily orders are completed above the required fulfilment rate

• Minimise wastage levels as much as possible

• Comply with the production unit’s internal and external audit requirements

• Aid the Head Pastry Chef in the fulfilment of the Patisserie’s annual financial/budgetary targets

• Participate in the effective communication amongst the team regarding any changes to recipes, packaging specifications, procedures and/or operational
  needs, and amongst the company and other customers regarding any quality issues/shortages in the required timescale
